Privacy policy
FleetProfit is a profitability calculator for truck owners and fleet operators. This page explains what information it keeps, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: .
What we collect
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, as shared by Google, and a unique account ID. We use these only to sign you in and show you who you are signed in as.
- What you enter: your business settings, vehicles, loans, trips and saved analyses. If you are signed in, this is stored in your account. If you use the site without an account, it stays in your own browser and never reaches us.
- Advertising: the site shows ads from Google AdSense in a column beside the app. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and measure them, based on your visits to this and other websites. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ad Settings.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your workspace with advertisers: the figures you enter are not sent to Google AdSense.
Where it is stored
Accounts and workspaces are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Each workspace can only be read by the account that owns it; this is enforced by the database itself. The website is served by Cloudflare. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in, remember your light or dark theme, and, if you have no account, keep your workspace. Google's advertising may set its own cookies. Where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and workspace until you delete them. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account; this permanently removes your sign-in and everything in your workspace.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export (Settings → Export analyses) or delete your information at any time. If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including to access, correct and erase your data and to raise a grievance; contact . If you are elsewhere, you may have similar rights under local law.
Children
FleetProfit is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Significant changes will be shown in the app.
